The Amateur Leipzig Classic 2025 will take place from October 10 to 12 at Bowl Play Leipzig in Germany. This unique event is designed exclusively for amateur bowlers, offering a competitive and welcoming environment for players who are passionate about the sport but have not competed at the highest professional or national levels in recent years.
To be eligible, participants must meet the following conditions: they must not have represented any national team (junior, adult, or senior) since 2020, including selected but non-playing members. In addition, bowlers must never have won a European Bowling Tour title, held PBA membership since 2024, or claimed any PBA or PWBA titles at national, regional, or senior levels.
With these criteria in place, the tournament ensures a level playing field for emerging and dedicated amateur talents, making it a true celebration of grassroots bowling in the heart of Leipzig.
